No, this portable solar charger can't store the electricity, you need to connect your device to the solar panel in enough sunlight outdoors.
Why the real output is different from the power claimed?
This product has 4 piece panel, each is 7w, so the power is 4*7w=28W; Theoretical output is 5V/2.4A Max for each port, 5V/4.8A Max in total, the total theoretical power is 5V*4.8A=24W Max. But there are loss in the solar energy conversion process.
What's the auto-restart function?
Any cloud or covering arrives may knock the value of output down, but this folding solar panel charger can automatically recover to normal charging speed when there are enough sunlight.
This solar charger can charge Androids and Apple cellphones?
Yes, but our solar phone charger doesn't include the lightning cable for iPhone or iPad.
