This power supply is only used for charging lead acid rechargeable battery.

Does NOT Fit Razor E90 whose connector is different from Power Core E90 .

If it is not charging your device, it’s likely one of the following reasons:

1. The charger doesn’t fit your device, please kindly tell us your device’s brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.

2. Your battery is broken. As lead acid battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.

In this situation, the charger LED will show green – no charging as battery is dead. You can test our charger with another device, or check your battery with another charger.

3. Our charger is defective, in this case, please tell us.
