1 This sender's signal can not go to through walls because the 60GHz radio frequency can not go through concrete ,metal or thick wood. Better to use it in-room face to face and no any obstacles between the transmitter and the receiver .Also don't hide the receiver behind the TV.

2 To have a solid connection the sender needs video from an HDMI source connected to the transmitter and a display connected to the receiver .

3 Please make sure the transmitter and the receiver connect the extra USB to get enough power then can work well .

4 W2H MINI 2 transmits face to face , any obstacles between the transmitter and receive will cut the signal directly .

5 Make sure the transmitter and the receiver without any obstacles between then ,do't hide the receiver behind the TV or other display .

6 We had paired all TX and RX well before sent to you . Don't pair again when you receive it ,Just use it directly .Plug and play .

Pairing steps : A)Connect TX device with source device：connect TX and source devices with HDMI cable，power on with a Micro USB（USB power adapter or TV USB port ）,The TX device led will be flashing slowly with power on. B)Connect the RX with monitors ：Connect RX and the monitors with HDMI cable, Power on the RX with USB cable（USB power adapter or TV USB port），RX device led will be flashing slowing with power on. C)When the TX device RX device connected，the led on each device will be fast flashing instead of slowly flashing. The TV screen can be showing the content of the DVD when the led be flashing all the time.
