Our box supports WiFi 5, and some WiFi 6 routers only operate in the ax mode on the 5GHz frequency, without supporting the compatible WiFi 5 AC mode. This may result in slower speeds.
If that's the case, please adjust your router settings to enable the compatible WiFi 5 operating mode; this should improve the speed.
2. If you have recently experienced issues with Dney+ becoming unavailable after a forced update, please do not hesitate to have touch with us. We will promptly provide you with the latest APK for updating your application.
3. Please be aware that the current version of Netfx is designed for mobile devices and require the use of a keyboard or mouse for navigation. For a more convenient TV experience, you can obtain the latest firmware from our support team and perform a simple OTA upgrade to access the TV version of Netfx, which is can be used with a remote control.
