Click Windows Start icon
Click “Settings”
Click “Time & Language”
Click “Language” on the left pane
If your Windows does not have Japanese Language, you need to add Japanese as preferred language
Click 日本語 (Translated as "Japanese")
Click “Options”
Click “Change layout”
You need to change from English keyboard (101/102 key) to Japanese keyboard (106 / 109 key)
Restart your computer
After restarting your computer, open the same Language setting page (1&2&3)
Click “Choose an input method to always use as default”
Change from English to “Japanese – Microsoft IME”
