Fenugreek Tea

Ingredients and steps

1. Mix teaspoon of Iyasa Fenugreek powder with the water to make a fine paste

2. Boil water in a pan.

3. Add the paste in the boiling water.

4. Add other herbs (cinnamon or ginger) for taste.

5. Cover the lid of the pan.

6. Cook the tea in simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Take the mixture in cup, add honey to it and sip the tea on an empty stomach each day. (If you do not prefer tea mixture with the powder, use the strainer to strain it out)

Fenugreek and Aloe Vera Rejuvenative skin Mask

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Iyasa Organic Fenugreek Seeds Powder
• 1 tsp Iyasa Organic Aloe Vera powder
• 1/2 tsp honey
• Warm water/milk as needed

Directions:

• Place all the ingredients in a small bowl, stir well to form paste like consistency
• Apply the paste with clean hands or brush to entire face.
• Leave on for a few minutes up to a half hour and rinse off for a glow.
