FAQS:
1.After linking the laptop or MAC, the hard drive does not work?
A:Because sometimes the connetion ports of devices are too loose or too drity, we suggest to clean and fix the ports firstly and then plug the hard drive into your device again.
2. The hard drive can not connect or work with my devices ?
A: Our hard drive mainly works with different Apple devices (iphone,ipad),and these devices run with different iOS system version, Apple iOS system will often automatically update to fix some bugs,so it will lead to some compatibility and functional or connection issues, we suggest to reisntall/update our latest APP on your devices and the plug the hard drive into your devices again.In addition,please ensure connect the hard drive with power source by adatper supplied by us. Ortherwise the hard drive will not run.
3.High frequency noise.Doesn't talk to app.
A:The mechanical hard disk is the working on principle of traditional disc + magnetic head. Data is stored on the disc and the magnetic head "moves" on the disc to read and process data information, so the product will have some sound when the working head rotates and cannot be completely muted. If the customer is copying a large amount of data, the head will produce some noise due to work, and the noise decibel within 45 dB is reasonable.
Doesn’t talk to app: Due to the iOS system rules, all external devices need to establish an access right when connecting with the Apple device, obtaining the permission and authorization of the Apple device. Our App also requires customer to click "agree" on the pop-up app to establish a connection. If the guest clicks "No", the app establishment will fail and the product cannot be detected by devices.
