I like it for rucking, I haven't used it for anything else yet. Everything about it is good, the material, the weights, the straps, the locking clip on the strap, and it stays up high on my body. "This thing is a tank. I bought the blue one with the metal buckle and it's really well built. I use it both for calisthenics and kettle bell work. It helps the anchor me while doing kettle bells, allows me to play with weight (40lb kettle bell + 45lb vest allow me to have more weight on my core and legs, while putting less stress on my shoulders).
