What should I do if the driver and software cannot be installed successfully?

First install Win7/ win10 under the support system, the re-install or exit th anti-virus software and re-install. ( We cannot guarantte 100% support for win10. If the user cannot install the driver on the win10 system, please contacte uss to solve it. )
