What is the recommended age and weight limit for this swing?

This swing is ideal for babies 0-6 months and up to 20 lbs.

I lost the power cord. Can I get a replacement?

My swing won’t turn on at all. How can I get it to work?

Check that the power adapter is firmly plugged into the wall and the power port of your swing. Make sure you are using the AC adapter that came with the swing.

My swing isn’t swaying or shuts off after a short amount of time. Is it broken?

Check that the power adapter is firmly plugged into the outlet and the power port of your swing.

Make sure the switch at the front of the swing is in the ‘unlocked’ position. Also make sure the seat is securely attached to the base post.

How does the swing move?

The swing moves from side to side in a swaying motion. There are 5 levels of side-to-side movement. The higher levels swing in a wider range of motion and the lower levels swing in a narrower range.
