• 2.4GHz wireless mode: Plug and play；power saving than Bluetooth；it is suitable for computers without Bluetooth. (Make sure it is not in wired mode and turn "B" to "G", and then plug the 2.4G adapter, it will be in wireless mode.)
• Bluetooth mode: It can connect 5 devices at the same time. Turn “G” to "B", it will be in Bluetooth mode. "FN+Q/W/E" to connect the Bluetooth device.

Q: Can it works with a PS4, PS5 or Xbox?

A: Both of our keyboards can compatible with some games of PS4, PS5 and Xbox on wired mode, our keyboard can't connect with Xbox one, PS4 and PS5 through Bluetooth mode.

Q: Why can't I connect the keyboard?

A: Do not open the driver when the 2.4G adapter is connected to the computer. On the contrary, if you want to use the driver, you must remove the 2.4G adapter firstly.

Q: Why the keyboard becomes disconnected in the Bluetooth mode when using?

A: Please re-update the Bluetooth function of the device and fully charge the keyboard, because when the battery is low, the keyboard cannot support the BT function normally, and BT may become unstable or disconnect.
