  • Usage:1.Apply base coat and cure. 2.Apply a color gel and cure. 3.Apply the top coat and cure to half dry. 4.Apply the powder. 5.Apply the top coat and cure.
  • For Base Coat:The Nail Base Coat is not as dry as Top coat after cured, keep base coat tacky after cure, this will help the color coat stay on your nail longer. This isn't defective formula, this is how it's worked.
