  • Why replace my filter? Effective Sensibo Pure operation relies on a clear filter. The internal HEPA & Active Carbon filtration system cannot be cleaned by hand, so to ensure that your air is being properly purified, switch out your Pure’s filter with a fresh one when needed. Unclip the Pure’s filter door, swap out the filter, press the power button and you're done!
  • How often do I need to replace my filter? The Sensibo Pure uses a special algorithm to analyze your indoor & outdoor pollution levels, and usage to calculate when to replace the filter. This is approximately every 6 months but every home is different.
  • What particle sizes are trapped by the Sensibo Pure? Particles as small as 0.1um (more than 100 times thinner than a human hair) are filtered by the Sensibo Pure’s HEPA filter. This includes pollutants, contaminants, and PM (particulate matter) PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10. Additionally, the active carbon filter absorbs atoms of harmful gases such as smoke and VOCs.
  • How does Sensibo Pure filter odors? Our filters incorporate a carbon filter that traps odor molecules through a process called absorption. Basically these molecules attach to the outside of a surface, rather than being soaked into it.
