Q:How long does Reolink Go Plus record if it detects the motion? A: You can set its post motion recording duration in 8/15/30 seconds. And the camera will keep recording until no more motion detection is triggered in the last 5 seconds.

Q: How long does the battery last? A: Reolink Go Plus comes with the high capacity rechargeable battery. The battery is removable for recharge, normally, the battery lasts for about 2 - 6 months based on your settings, usage, network carrier and temperature. Solar panel (sold alone, not packed in) is recommended to use together to get rid of recharging trouble.

Q: Can Reolink Go Plus connect to WiFi and not use a SIM card? A: Reolink Go Plus only supports 4G/3G cellular network and doesn’t support WiFi connection.

Q: What software can work with Reolink Go Plus? A: Reolink Go Plus supports Reolink App on the smartphone (Android 4.0.3 or later & iOS 8.0 or later) and Reolink Client (Windows & Mac).
