Q1: IOT-R75W provides two SIM card slots, are two SIM cards all active during operation?

A: Yes, IOT-R75W comes with two SIM card slots, but only one SIM card is active during operation. By default, the SIM 1 is in using. You can manually disable SIM 1 and then SIM 2 will be in using. But it does not support auto switch between SIM 1 and SIM 2.

Q2: Which U.S. Carriers is this router compatible with? Does this device work with Verizon sim cards?

A: Linovision 5G router is compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile’s 5G & 4G LTE networks. it can't be used with Verizon sim card yet.

5G frequency bands: N1/N2/N3/N5/N7/N8/N12/N20/N28/N41/N66/N71/N77/N78/N79; 4G LTE frequency bands: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B38/B40/B41. Please note that the 5G signal depends on the 5G network coverage in your region.

Q3: Does this model include the 4g options?

A:Yes. When the 5G network is not available, the router will then connect to 4G LTE network.

Q4: Does this router supports fail-over connection between WAN and Cellular network?

A: Yes, sure. The router supports fail-over connection among cellular network, WAN and WLAN (WIFI) network. In the WEB GUI, you can easily setup the priority of these connections.

Q5: Does the router support WIFI hotspot to share the 4G/5G network?

A: Yes. The WIFI can be configured as hotspot mode to share 4G/5G signal. This feature will be invalid when the WIFI is used as an uplink to WIFI Router. The WIFI function works at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz network, and compatible to IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac

Q6: The router can find SIM card, but the network status shows as disconnected.

A: This is probably caused by APN settings. Please check our user manual and contact your network provider to provide the correct APN settings.

Q7: Why the 5G network speed is very slow, almost same as 4G network?

A: The network speed depends on 5G network coverage in your region. It is true that many areas are lack of high speed 5G network coverage, in this way, the router will actually work on 4G LTE network, so you did not experience higher speed connection. Pls verify this with your network provider.
