Why can't I adjust the volume?	The product itself does not have volume control buttons, and the volume needs to be adjusted on your phone.
Why can't I use the product?	First, please confirm if the product can be powered on and off normally. If it can, there should be no issue. If it still cannot be connected, check whether it is in TX mode or RX mode. For Bluetooth connection with a mobile phone, please switch to RX mode. If the Bluetooth blue light is constantly on, it means it is connected to another mobile phone's Bluetooth, which will cause the inability to connect.
Why can't I connect Bluetooth?	Please turn off the Bluetooth of nearby devices to ensure that the headphones or speakers are not connected to other devices. For first-time connection, please fully charge the product, maintain a transmission distance within 33 feet, and keep them close during pairing.
Noise when using it?	Please check if the 3.5mm audio output port is fully inserted. If it's not inserted properly, noise, low volume, or no sound may occur.
Why isn't my car compatible?	The car needs to have an AUX port for it to work, otherwise it won't match.
How to check the product？	First, check if the product can be powered on and off normally. If it can, it indicates that there are no quality issues with the product.
