Take appropriate amount and lightly apply with the applicator tip on the eyelids. Blend using your fingertips or flat brush before the formula sets.

Do not blink eyes immediately after use, and then wait 1-2 minutes for it to dry

Using applicator tip apply a glitter under the eyes and gently tapping and blending over eyeshadow glitter to make twinkle under eye.

Wear alone or layer with eyeshadow for more brightening. When blending with other shades, wait for the first color dry before applying the second.
