Full metal frame with flexible plastic blade for better baking!

The BeaterBlade METAL is designed to scrape the sides of your mixing bowl, which means it has to touch the sides of the bowl and might make some noise!

Full metal frame is stronger than ever and will beat the thickest batter.

Flexible plastic blades press against the bowl to scrape batter and mix in a downward motion but they flex enough so the blade rotates freely.

Tips & tricks for a successful fit & mixing:

Secure bowl on stand mixer and attach the BeaterBlade; lift bowl into locked position
Be patient when putting the BeaterBlade on your mixer, it might be a snug fit in the bowl bowl
Never operate BeaterBlade in an empty bowl, it could damage the blade. For a smooth start, wipe a small amount of butter along the plastic blades
The BeaterBlade might make some noise & cause mixer bowl to move a little; it is, after all, pressing against the bowl edges to scrape & mix the batter
To fine tune the blade-to-bowl contact, so blade turns freely (with ingredients in the bowl!), use the mixer height adjustment: turn clockwise to lower the bowl or counterclockwise to raise the bowl
Use BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to scrape batter out of the bowl and into the pan
