Trouble Shooting

Q: What if the pairing of TX and RX fail for the wirelss HDMI transmitter and Receiver?

A:●First make sure RX is under TX/AirPlay/DLNA mode, if not press the button on RX to switch the mode.

●Unplug HDMI of ASK nano TX and repower the ASK nano TX by Micro-USB cable and then plug HDMI again.

Q: Why does the wirless HDMI transmitter and receiver need to be connected a power source?

A:● The computer can provide power but it may be not stable . Connect 5V/1A power can make the product connection more stable . (both singal transimtter and singal receiver need to connect power supply)

Q: What if Android phone projection does not work for the wirelss HDMI transmitter and Receiver kit?

A:● First make sure HDMI Receiver(RX) is under Miracast mode, if not press the button on RX to switch the mode.

● Open up Setting and find the ASK nano wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver SSID in Wireless Projection

Q: If I have extra HDMI Transmitter( TX), how to pair it with HDMI Receiver(RX)?

A: First of all, you need to make sure except HDMI receiver( RX) to be paired, there are no other RX is on around. Then follow the steps below:

1.Powered on RX and TX(power RX up firstly),connect RX to HDMI port of the display;

2. Press the TX button for 5 seconds till it flash red light quickly.

3.Release the button, HDMI transmitter(TX) will clear the previous pairing information;

4.TX will reboot automatically, the indicator light on the TX will turn into flashing purple showing that it is waiting for signal source.
