• SIZE PROBLEM

The FreedConn helmets are usually 1 size smaller than normal helmet due to the built-in Bluetooth module. You can purchase 1 size larger than you usually wear.The helmet shell are same size, but different thickness inserts make size difference. No matter it is too tight or loose, we are willing to ship you larger or smaller inserts to make it fits.

• BATTERY CHARGE PROBLEM

Battery may enter deep sleep to protect battery life if you don't charge it for long time.Please charge it regularly even when you don't use it, at least 1 time a month. To wake it up, please use standard 5V, 1A charger to charge it for half an hour, then unplug it, wait for half an hour, charge again.
