To avoid safety, it is not recommended to place a cover with a thermal insulation function on the heating mat for high temperature and resin odor accumulation.

What type of molds is this heating mat suitable for?

Faster curing is through heat conduction. The conductive surface is the surface between the molds and the heating mat. Therefore, It is preferable with a large contact surface and with a thinner thickness.

What is the temperature tolerance range of the heating mat?

According to actual tests, if the room temperature is 25°, the maximum temperature can reach about 60 °. If the room temperature is 15 °, the maximum temperature can reach 50 °, which will be affected by the room temperature.

Can it help eliminate air bubbles?

This is related to the viscosity of the resin. If the viscosity of the resin is high, especially in winter, the effect of eliminating bubbles is not apparent.In summer, bubbles are easy to overflow, and proper heating can promote the overflow of it.
