Please place the guitar flat on the desktop after playing the PC games. Note that the PC guitar cannot be placed vertically. There is a bead explosion switch in the guitar. A: Please check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery in the guitar are installed incorrectly.

Q. Rockband game mode doesn't work properly?

Q. The pressure bar has no function or the pressure bar is abnormal?

A: Do not touch the pressure bar before turning on the guitar power switch. Please turn off the power switch and turn on the power again.

Q: The guitar stick without function?

A: Please check whether the metal probe of the guitar rod is oxidized; Whether the position probe of the guitar rod connected to the main body is bent or blocked by other things; If the metal probe of the guitar rod is white or black, it indicates that there is an oxide coating.
