| Drive Position & Free Wheel | The MGI Navigator Ai GPS is designed to allow the rear wheels to be in two positions. The position is determined by where the wheel is locked on the axle in either of the two grooves. The drive position is used during the normal operation of the Zip Navigator. The free wheel position is used to freely push the Navigator Ai GPS should you experience any battery or issues on the course. |
| 5th Foldable Rear Wheel | The MGI Navigator Ai GPS comes standard with a 5th foldable rear wheel. This wheel must be unfolded into position at all times when the Navigator Ai GPS is in use. This will reduce damaging the Navigator Ai GPS and provide the ultimate in stability across all course terrains. This 5th wheel should be cleaned regularly with a cloth to ensure it can be folded as required for storage. |
| Inverting Rear Wheels Storage | The All Terrain rear wheels can be inverted on the axle to reduce the size of the Navigator Ai GPS Remote Control electric golf caddie when folded. To invert the rear wheels, press the Quick Release Button on the wheel hub and remove from the axle. Invert the rear wheels so that the wheel hub protrudes away from the axles. Press the Quick Release Button on the wheel hub and release once the wheel is fitted on the axle. |
| Battery Charging | Before using your MGI Navigator Ai GPS electric golf caddie for the first time you must fully charge the Battery overnight. Plug the AC lead into a power point-the Green LED illuminates to indicate the charger power is on. Plug the charger output connection into the connector on the front of the battery- the RED LED illuminates to indicate the battery is charging. When the charging LED indicator has turned green, the battery is fully charged and ready to be used up to 36 Holes. |
| Connecting the Battery | Position the battery on the MGI Navigator Ai GPS Remote Control electric golf caddie and push down to secure it. Push the button to green to turn on. Your Navigator Ai GPS has been equipped with fail safe battery connection, so the Navigator Ai GPS will not move when you connect the battery. Your Navigator Ai GPS will only start turn on when the speed control is switched on. |
| Charging the Battery after use | Disconnect the battery by lifting the handle. The battery can be left on or removed from the Navigator Ai GPS for charging. Plug the charged AC lead into a power point-the green LED illuminates to indicate the charger power is on. Plug the charger output connection on the front of the battery. The red LED illuminates to indicates charging. When the charging LED indictor has turned green the battery is fully charged and ready to be used. |
| Cleaning & Maintenance | Keep your Navigator Ai GPS clean by using air compressor (shoe cleaning station) to remove any grass-moisture or debris and using a cloth with warm water and mild detergent. Do not hose down your Navigator Ai GPS under any circumstance as the Zip Navigator AT has electronic components. Clean the battery base when battery is removed from the Zip Navigator AT. The rear wheel axles need to be lubricated regularly. Apply a small amount petroleum jelly or light grease to the rear wheel axles. |
| Remote Control Charging | Before using your MGI Navigator Ai GPS you must fully charge the remote control overnight using the USB cord provided. The Top left UNLOCK button will flash while charging. When a full charge is complete the the green light will stay on and stop flashing. The remote control can also be charged via the USB port underneath the Top Handle of the Navigator Ai GPS during play with USB cord provided. |
