How Long Does One Füm Core Last?

A core lasts 1 full day of repeated use. We recommend changing your Core at least every 2-3 days to ensure that your Füm stays clean and fresh.

Where do the essential oils come from and what are the Cores made of?

All essential oils are sourced from farms around the world. Each Core fiber is made using all natural polyester.

How do you clean the inside of Füm?

Naturally there is some absorption of oils with use. We recommend cleaning the inside with a cotton swab & a natural food-safe cleaner or a drop of dish soap in a bowl of warm water, then wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in water & allow to air dry.

How do you remove the taste of the previous core?

Cleaning the inside of your Füm typically removes the remaining essential oil from previous Cores, so the lingering flavor will no longer be there. Some people have a Füm dedicated to specific Cores to avoid this issue.
