Are Badger Baby Washes safe for my baby's face? Are they tear-free.

These products are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Because they are true soaps, they are not tear-free, and caution should be taken around the sensitive eye area.

Are Badger Baby Washes safe for a 6-month old?

They were pediatrician tested and deemed non-irritant and non-sensitizing, so they are suitable for use in babies, kids, and adults. Consult your pediatrician before using any product on newborns and babies up to 6 months. Testing by Abich in 2023.

What are the ingredients? (Specifically, what is potassium hydroxide?)

As with all true soaps, these are made by ‘saponifying’ oils (in this case coconut and sunflower) with an alkali (potassium hydroxide), creating new soap compounds. All potassium hydroxide has been used up and none remains in the finished product.
