How to extend the life of the electrode pads?

1. Proper Skin Prep: Clean your skin with a damp towel.
2. Clean TENS Pads: After each use clean your TENS electrodes with a moist cloth.
3. Hydrate your TENS Unit Replacement Pads: We recommend using conductive gel and electrode spray to help hydrate and preserve the TENS unit pads to get maximum usage.
4. Handle Electrodes Properly: Remove electrodes by lifting the edge of the electrode pads, do not pull on wire.
5. Store Electrodes Properly: After use always put the electrode for tens unit back on film and seal it into a polybag.
6. Brush Electrode Pads: Use a clean toothbrush and gently brush in one direction to expose the electrode's stickiness to subtly expose the underlying layer of the gel to get greater skin adhesive.
7. Rest & Rotate TENS Unit Pads Replacement: Give 4 to 6 hours of rest to your electrods so they can dry out.
