What should I do when encountering charging issue?
-Remove the blue insulation sticker on the earbuds
-Clean the earbuds’ charging points and the charging pins inside the charging case with alcohol cotton swabs.
How to connect to a new device?
-Deactivate the Bluetooth Setting of all original paired device.
-Activate the Bluetooth Setting of your new device.
-Search "N7" and click to connect.
What should I do when only one side plays music/can't use the two earbuds together/occur connection-related issues?
Usually you just need to put both earbuds into charging case, then take them out, both earbuds will automatically get paired with each other successfully, if still not work ,please kindly reset them.
How to reset the earbuds?
Step 1: Delete all “N7” record from the Bluetooth menu on your phone and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
Step 2: Press & Hold either earbud for 5 secs, it will flash red light and then power off.
Step 3: Press & Hold both earbuds 8 secs simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device. (Both earbuds will flash red & blue light 3 secs, then turn to red light and stay on for 1 sec then go off. )
Step 4: Put the earbuds back into charging case and close the lid.
Step 5: Now open the charging case and turn on the Bluetooth on your device, search and connect "N7", they should work properly.
