02 Sprinkle the DTF powder onto the film

Our powders stick to wet ink, then shake off the excess powder

03 About 250-280℉ for 5-10 minutes

Cure in an oven or applicator until the powder is completely melted and the surface is smooth.

04 Heat Press

Around 300-320 °F for 8-12 seconds.

05 Hot Peel or Cold Peel: Effortless Removal

Polytech's coating ensures our DTF film achieves a 100% perfect peel effortless either Hot or Cold.

What material is Polytech’s DTF powder made of ?

Our DTF powder is made of TPU, Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It is a completely non-toxic raw material. It has undergone testing according to the European Union's REACH standards.
