Warm Tips:
1. Copyrighted content from services like Hulu, NetfIix, and others cannot be mirrored or cast. If you attempt to cast these apps, you may encounter issues such as the projector sounding like it's starting up but with no light coming out, or no sound and no light at all. However, you can connect a TV stick or computer via the HDMI port to stream copyrighted content without any issues.
2. Please make sure to connect 4K devices, such as a TV stick, through HDMI for playing videos. It's crucial to note that videos labeled as 4K will be displayed at a native resolution of 1080P, often termed "4K supported").
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Confirm if you are using the wireless screen mirroring function.
2. If yes, check if this issue only occurs when streaming content from apps like NetfIix, Hulu, or Prime Video on your phone.
3. If so, this is due to copyright restrictions. Wireless screen mirroring does not support streaming services.
4. Solution: Our projector has built-in apps like NetfIix, Prime Video, and YouTube. Just log in and start watching! For other apps not pre-installed, use a TV Stick or Roku Stick to stream smoothly.
