1.Store the freeze bowl in freezer for a minimum of 15 hours. Make sure your freezer is set one the coldest setting.
2.Prepare your favorite ice cream batter and chill thoroughly.
3.Assemble attachment pieces onto the mixer as shown in Use and Care Guide.
4.Important: Start mixer on “Stir” speed.
5.Pour ice cream batter into the freeze bowl and mix to desired consistency (20-30 minutes)
6.Remove ice cream with non-metalutensil and store in shallow plastic container for 4-6 hours.
NOTE:
1.Pouring batter into the freeze bowl before starting the mixer may cause the batter to freeze prematurely and lock the dasher.
2. Your freezer should be set to -0.4°F to ensure proper freezing of all foods.
