If it does not charge your scooter, there may be one of the following reasons:

1.The charger is not suitable for your electric bike.

2. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, Your battery is broken.If your battery has been used for more than 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be damaged.

3. IF The green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the electric bike, the green light will not turn into red, but still on green, and the charger does not work. It is because that the positive and negative(+/-) connector of our charger does not correspond to the positive and negative(+/-) connector of your scooter, and there is no power to your scooter.you can try to connect the charger to your scooter from different interfaces

4. If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the electric bike, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of the electric bike, which causes the charger self-protection function.you'd better check your electric bike battery,and replace the battery.
