6KG large crucible can load 6 kg brass or 1.8 kg aluminum or 7 kg silver ; Graphite casting Mold: 113 ML capacity, size is 125*60*40 mm, can melt 2 kg gold, 1.2 kg silver, 1kg copper.
Gas forge burner is made of stainless steel, around 100,000 BTU. Come with the hose and adjustable high pressure gas regulator. Input QCC type, Output 5/8". Maximum output can reach 30PSI (CSA).

Stainless Steel Forge Burner for Metal Foundry Furnace Blacksmithing
This forge burner can be used for knife making, blacksmithing, glass making or anything else you can think of that requires heating up stuff to a really hot temperature.
Connect the Forge Burner to the Melting Furnace
1. Put the coupler (the bell shape flame outlet) inside the hole
2. Slide the steel pipe through the hole
3. Screw into the coupler by thread
Use the ceramic insulation to seal the gap between burner and furnace, which could prevent the fire splash
Pull the burner outward after the burner installed, keep the burner head immersed in the caremic insulation, which could protect the burner head and ensure the crucible can be placed in the furnace properly.
The burner head is connected by thread, which could be replaced directly if it were damaged during long time smelting.
