Do Allbirds run true to size?

Allbirds generally run true to size, although fit can vary among different styles. Most shoes are available in full sizes only. For those in between sizes and those with wider feet, we recommend sizing up.

How do Allbirds fit?

Our shoes offer varying levels of arch support across styles, and our insoles are removable to accommodate custom orthotics if needed. If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up to the next full size in everything.

Will my shoes stretch?

While our Wool collection will naturally stretch slightly over time, the Tree collection maintains its original shape. Either way, we recommend wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in.

Remove the insoles and laces then wash on wool or gentle cycle. For the best results, use your favorite gentle detergent and a delicates bag. Avoid the dryer and bleach at all costs! We recommend hand washing shoes in our Mizzle collection.
