A: A: The A3352 Soundsync is designed for headphones and speakers without Bluetooth functionality but equipped with an AUX port. It allows them to connect to phones or computers via Bluetooth.
Note: The A3352 Soundsync can only receive Bluetooth signals from phones or computers and cannot pair with Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers.
Q: What should I do if Bluetooth won't pair?
A: 1. Clear Pairing History: Turn on the speaker, then press and hold the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons for 5 seconds to clear the device pairing history.
2. Clear Existing Pairings on Your Phone or Computer: If your phone or computer has a large number of Bluetooth pairings, try clearing some of the pairing records first.
Q: How do I adjust the volume?
A: 1. You can adjust the volume using the “+” and “-” buttons on the device.
2. You can also adjust volume from your phone or computer after connecting via Bluetooth.
Q: Does it support automatic shutdown?
A: Yes, it will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of no connection or when the connection is lost due to exceeding the range.
