CRAZY HORSE LEATHER – Oil-tanned pull-up leather is infused with waxes and oils to give each watch band a unique shading variation. The leather will soften over time and develop a rich patina with wear. As with all leather goods, color may vary from strap to strap. The leather is 1.4-1.6mm thick to fit between spring bars. Due to the thickness, some stretching may naturally occur with wear.
Zulu-Style Slip-Through Design – Easily change pass through watchbands without tools by passing it between spring bars at the top and bottom of your watch. Swap bands to suit an occasion or to give your watch a new look.
Stainless-Steel Hardware – Each leather watch strap is fitted with a rugged, brushed stainless-steel buckle and keeper loops that visually balance your watch while securing it to your wrist.
Colors & Lengths – Our Zulu watchband comes in 7 rich colors—Black, Dark Gray, Dark Brown, Gray, Navy Blue, Oxblood & Sand—and are available in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm & 24mm widths. Our leather straps will stretch and flex to conform to your wrist.

Product description
The Benchmark Basics Crazy Horse Leather Zulu Watch Band
Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Benchmark Basics was founded in 2016 with the belief that style is in the details. Whether it’s the perfect strap to complement your favorite watch or a crisp pair of laces to elevate your footwear, we manufacture high quality accessories for everyday use.
The military-inspired Crazy Horse Oiled Leather Zulu Watch Band is the perfect balance between a traditional leather watch band and a casual nylon strap. Its versatility complements almost any watch, from divers to dress and field watches. At 1.5mm thick, the Benchmark Zulu Strap is thin enough to easily slip between spring bars, but feels substantial on the wrist to balance out the weight of your watch. Pick it up in multiple colors and swap straps to match any occasion.

Crazy Horse Leather
Crafted from high-quality cowhide, the band will develop a rich patina with wear as its exposed to sun, rain and sweat. Infused with waxes and oils to create unique shading variations and a pull-up effect as the leather is manipulated. Light shades like Sand will develop a deeper patina faster than dark colors. The pull-up will also be less pronounced in dark colors.
High Quality Construction
Rugged zulu-style stainless-steel hardware, including a buckle and 3 keeper loops, is available in your choice of brushed silver or matte black finishes. Double stitched with bonded nylon thread for added durability.
One-Piece Slip-Through Design
Swap slip-through straps without the need for special tools. Unlike two-piece bands where the release of a spring bar results in your watch falling to the ground, a one-piece band secures your watch to each pin independently. Extra-long by design so you can tuck excess length back under the keeper loops for a casual look.
Swap Straps in Seconds
Easily change pass through watchbands without tools by passing it between spring bars at the top and bottom of your watch. Swap bands to suit an occasion or to give your watch a new look.
Fits Most Wrists
Measures 11.2” (285mm) from buckle to tip with 10 holes that are adjustable for wrists from 6.25” to 8.3” in circumference. Fit may vary depending on the dimensions of your watch. Note if you are replacing a 2-piece band, please include the watch when measuring length.
Leather Care & Maintenance
To maintain the color and keep your watchband looking new, use a damp rag or leather conditioner to spot clean. Avoid excess water, which can darken the band and cause color transfer. Lightly condition the leather when it begins to feel dry to avoid cracking.
