  • Cold&Hot Compress: Simply place the chest pad in the refrigerator or hot water/microwave until the desired temperature is reached. Note: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Heat: soak in hot water for 5-8 minutes/heat in microwave over medium or low heat for 2-3 minute.
  • Safe To Use: It is made of non-toxic gel, and there is a velvet insulation cover on the outer layer, which is not irritating to the skin, please rest assured to use. We recommend that you use it within three months, keep it sealed in a bag, store it in a cool place or keep it refrigerated, and you can reuse it several times. PLEASE NOTE that when heating, do not heat the velvet cover together.
