1. Does the product stay on all the time? Does the product still work with the machine off?

If you have this problem, check the wiring. First of all, the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car keyhole) in order for the car to shut down when the car is turned off. Secondly, the yellow wire should be connected to the positive pole of the battery and the black wire to the negative pole of the battery, each wire is connected correctly to ensure the normal use of the product.

2. Can't connect Bluetooth?

Cancel the Bluetooth registration of your mobile phone and reconnect it to match.

3. Can't use the memory function? Can't save channels?

If this occurs, check if the wiring is correct. The red wire must be connected to your ACC (car keyhole), the yellow wire must be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black wire must be connected to the negative pole of the battery. These three cables need to be kept powered for a long time. If the B + cable is not kept powered for a long time and is disconnected, the memory will not be saved.

4. Is the machine locked? No response on the contents?

If you encounter this situation, we recommend that you try to pierce the RST hole with a pin for more than three seconds. This function will restore the machine to factory settings, then save the data before using it.

5. How do I set the clock?

Setting steps：

Press and hold CLK key to enter clock interface.
Press and hold CLK again, the hour menu will flash, turn the knob to adjust the time.
press CLK again briefly, the minute menu flashes, turn the knob to adjust the minute.

6.If you encounter any technical issues with the device, we recommend performing a reset to restore factory settings. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Reset Mode Press the knob repeatedly until "RSET" appears on the screen.
Step 2: Confirm Reset Selection Once "RSET" is displayed, gently rotate the knob to the right until "YES" shows up on the screen.
Step 3: Execute Reset After "YES" is confirmed, quickly press the knob to complete the reset operation.
