1. What is the return policy?

You can contact CASCHO for a free return or exchange within 2 years, or you can contact Amazon for a return within 30 days. Go to "Your Orders" and find the order ID in the list. Get in touch with us, we will provide a solution within 24 hours.

2.The wireless headphones does not work / cannot be charged?

Please use the alcohol cotton pad to clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and the charging case, then put the earbuds back into the charging case nto charge.

3. Problems connecting? How do I reset it?

Make sure the headphones are fully charged, press and hold the touch area of both earphones for 5 seconds to disconnect them from the phone, then put the headphones back into the charging case and re-pair them.

4. I can't hear the call through the earbuds?

Double click on the L/R earbuds to answer or hang up the call; long press on the L/R earphones touch area for about 2 seconds to reject the call.

5. How do I contact the merchant to get more information?

Go to your order page, find the order number for the product in the list and send a message to the merchant. We will provide a solution within 24 hours.
