Single Piece S-Wand

A 54" single piece is ready to work out of the box. No hole to loosen and possibly create a wobble. If transport and storage are an issue, consider the two piece.

Two Piece S-Wand

The two piece s-wands come with a button lock feature to ensure that the wand stays together when cleaning. It has easy assembly - just slide the two pieces together and wait for the button to lock.

Due to material properties, the black painted steel s-wand provides a tighter fit preventing any wobble at the connection that can degrade or wear to the locking hole.

ABS Compression Collar & Hose Sizes

These wands include a high impact ABS compression collar suitable for use with traditional commercial cleaning tools designed for use with s-wand configurations including both 1.5” and 1 and 9/16” necks.

Material

The silver wands are made of aluminum. Aluminum is not subject to rust and is resistant to chemicals used in hard surface floor care.

The black s-wands are made of a coated steel. They are not subject to rust due to the durable scratch proof finish. For use in concrete cutting and refinishing the steel wands will prove more durable.

The steel wand has a more uniform physical appearance new and after years of use.

Shape

The shape of these s-wands makes cleaning under and around furniture easy without bending and reaching like with traditional straight wands. The length of the s-wands makes it possible for anyone to reach the floor with the wands without bending.

This 1.50 inch diameter, 54 inch length 60528 two piece aluminum locking S-wand features a compression coupling making it compatible with standard S-wand style floor tools. The two piece locking construction makes for easier storage. The light weight aluminum construction makes the 60528 ideal for use with backpack vacuums, wet-dry vacuums and dry vacuums.
