1.Please make sure that your phone supports wireless charging.
2.Incompatible scenarios: If the thickness of your phone case is ≥4mm (0.16 in) or if you use an Otterbox phone case (which is too thick), it may cause overheating or other abnormalities during charging.
3.For leather protective cases, due to their poor heat dissipation, the surface temperature of the phone may be higher during charging compared to silicone or transparent protective cases. This is a normal phenomenon.
4.When fixing the wireless suction cup to the dashboard, please select a flat area and make sure to press the suction cup firmly before locking it. Experimental evidence has shown that after installing the product on the dashboard, do not immediately place your phone on the wireless charger. Wait for 30 minutes before placing your phone on it. Following this procedure will allow the suction cup to adhere better to the dashboard, avoiding detachment issues.
5.Occasionally, the arm clamp may fail to hold the phone, which may be due to the phone being inserted at an angle. Simply adjust the position of the phone to restore normal functionality.
6.If the back camera of your phone touches the surface of the charger and it does not charge or charges intermittently, it indicates that the wireless charger is not compatible with your phone. If you need assistance, please send us a message.
7.Reasons for slower-than-expected charging speed when using wireless charging in the car: When the ambient temperature in the car is high and you are simultaneously running map software or playing music, it is normal for the phone to charge slowly. The reason is that when the phone is charging, the charging power is primarily allocated to the phone's motherboard, with a smaller portion going to the battery. Due to the high ambient temperature, the phone itself reduces the charging power to ensure safety. As a result of receiving less power, and with the majority of power consumed by the motherboard, the phone's charging speed will be slower. Once the ambient temperature in the car drops to ≤26℃ (78.8℉), the overall charging power of the phone increases, followed by an increase in the charging power received by the battery.
