Try Your Hand at Making a Negroni
Ingredients
· 1 ounce gin
· 1 ounce Campari
· 1 ounce sweet vermouth
· ½ slice of orange
Directions
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice or one large cube.
2. In a mixing glass, combine the gin, Campari, and vermouth, then fill the mixing glass 3/4 full with ice. Stir for 40 seconds.
3. Strain into the ice-filled rocks glass, place the slice of orange inside the glass.
Modern Twist: Create a Strawberry Negroni by using strawberry-infused Campari. Fill a jar with sliced strawberries, then top off with Campari.
