How to Measure Your Hand for Proper Sizing and Fit

Compression garments are only effective when they are being worn and properly sized. Measurement is essential to proper sizing.

To find your fit, measure across the palm of your hand below your fingers with your hand open as shown:

2-3/4" - 3-1/2" - Order S/M

3-3/4" - 4-1/2" - Order L/XL

4" - 5-1/4" - Order 2XL
