Trouble Shooting Steps if the Bottle is NOT Spraying: H2Ocean Piercing Aftercare Spray contains Natural Sea Salt, so there is a slight chance that the Actuator can get clogged from a Natural Sea Salt Crystal preventing it from Spraying. In the case where your bottle does not Spray, please first try the below method to unclog the actuator: 1. Remove the white nozzle/actuator from the can with your fingers. 2. Rinse the white stem under warm water for 1-2 minutes. 3. Soak the white nozzle/actuator in warm water for about 3-5 minutes. 4. Place the nozzle back on can – press and release in a pumping action in an attempt to clear any Sea Salt Crystals that might have clogged the actuator. 5. You may need to do this a few times to completey remove any stuck Sea Salt within the stem or nozzle.
