Yes, this product is coming with a charger dock, please use your original charging cable to charge the dock, please be awared that the original charger cable is not provided.

Can I charge the battery separately?

Yes, you can charge the battery separately, as we provide a charger dock with this product.

Why the strap keep falling down?

There are two anti-slip pad on the mounting arm, please make sure the anti-slip pads are well attached. Also, please put the sponge head pad correctly to support the wear of the head strap.

How does the extra battery work with the head strap?

You can change the battery when the other one is runing out of the power, so that it can recirculate power supply. So you can use your Quest 2 without any stops.

What is the difference of the one battery and combo batteries?

The combo batterries version has two batteries for alternative use, and a charger dock is provided in the package. The one battery version only has one battery and no charger dock provided in the package.
