A: BluDento automatically enters pairing mode( the indicator light flashes blue ) when it is powered on and does not require manual operation.
Q: Why do I have sound problem when connecting BluDento BLT-2 by optical/coaxial output?
A: Below are some possible causes for this issue:
- The connected home theater system, audio receiver or sound bar is not set to properly decode the digital signal.
- The connected home theater system, audio receiver or sound bar DOES NOT support 48kHz sample rate, switch the Bluetooth source device's sample rate to 44.1kHz, this usually solves your problem.
- The optical cable is not securely connected.
- The optical cable may be faulty.
Q: Can I connect this device to Amazon echo dot ?
A: Yes. make sure to connect BluDento with your stereo via an audio cable, NOT with the echo dot; enter the Alexa app, go to Settings -> Devices/Echo -> Bluetooth -> Pair a New Device -> BLT-2.
Q: Does this item make an audible sound when it connects to a device?
A: No, it doesn't make any sound when connected/disconnected to a device. You can see it on the dislay screen when the device is successfully connected.
Notes:
- Antenna: Can be rotated to the left, right, and up; DO NOT rotate it down; it will break if rotated down.
- Both model BLT-HD & B2 support LDAC codec.
- ONLY B2 has OLED display and control button.
- ONLY B1 supports NFC quick pairing, ONLY B1 has built-in antenna.
- Please make sure to use a power adapter for power supply, this will eliminate ground loop noise. Please use a 5V power supply! DO NOT use a mismatched power supply (e.g. 9V / 12V) as this may cause the unit to malfunction.
- The iPhone only supports AAC. For aptX HD, you can go to Developer Options( Android ONLY ) and select it.
