Installing your iTap 3 Dash & Windshield Mount

Step 1

Wipe the surface of your dashboard to remove any dust or debris. Connect the magnetic mounting plate to the dashboard base by loosening the cradle knob and attaching the plate to the rotating ball joint. Once connected, tighten the cradle knob to secure the mounting face.

Step 2

If mounting on the dash, attach the dashboard pad by removing the film and pressing firmly. For a secure hold, wait at least 20 minutes before attaching the mounting base. To connect the mounting base, lift the locking lever at the bottom of the mount, peel of the film on the bottom of the suction cup, and press firmly in your desired mounting location. Once attached, lower the locking lever to secure the mount in place. *To avoid damage, we recommend mounting the iTap 3 on the windshield if you have a leather dashboard.

Step 3

Mount your phone, and you're ready to go! Note: If using an Android device or older iPhone model, please install the included magnetic ring adapter before mounting your phone.
