Open the Switch, click 'System Settings', 'Controllers and Sensors', 'Pro Controller Wired Communication' to set to 'on'.
Connect the 'USB Cable' of the adapter to the USB interface of the Switch dock. Connect the Switch Pro controller to the 'Controller Port' of the adapter. (Connect the Switch Pro Controller when mapping keys)

Why is the light come on when everything is connect but the keyboard and mouse do not work?

1) If the original controller connect the adapter in the wrong order, the keyboard & mouse will not work. You can refer to the manual or video tutorial for step-by-step troubleshooting.

2) The cable to the controller must be with a data cable.

Why does the adapter disconnect frequently?

When using with large power-consuming keyboard and mouse, the adapter needs to be powered by a Type-C cable for the keyboard and mouse to work properly. (Type-C cable not included)
