• Q: If there are accessories missing, how to get them?
• A: The bike shoes comes with 9° Delta cleats. If any accessories missing, please let us know to resend for you.

• Q: Why there are 2 screws on the sole?
• A: The screws in the sole are used to fix the metal inside the sole. To ensure you have a better user experience, it is recommended that you tighten the 2 screws before installing the cleats to avoid rattling when riding.

• Q: The included cleats is compatible with Pelaton bike, why can't I clip it into the bike pedals?
• A: Please follow these steps to try again: 1. It needs some force to clip into bike pedal. 2. If this is your first time clipping into the bike pedal and having difficulty, you can using the 3 mm Allen key to loosen the tension located on the back of pedals. 3. Un-stall the cleats to check if the black rubber in correct direction.

• Q: What to do if the size is not right?
• A: If you feel not quite right after receiving the product, you can directly return it or exchange it, if there is an extra cost, you can let us know to deal with it.
