Question 1: I just order new Kruta rechargeable aa solar battery, why the battery is not working ?

• For safety shipment, all rechargeable batttery only have been charged for about 40% power. So please kindly charge battery by battery charger before use.
• Please kindly checking if your solar lights has any problem before order battery and clean your solar lights, especially for battery compartment and solar pannel.
• Please checking if your installed battery correctly and see if your solar battery compartment loose and rusty.
