Why it doesn'r stay or keep falling?

The product may detach if applied to leather, curved, rough, or uneven surfaces, as shown in installation video. For best results, clean the surface before sticking, press firmly, and avoid using the product within 24 hours to ensure better adhesion.

How should I install it correctly?

1.You should stick the the bottom pad first, then install the mount on the adhesive pad.

2.Please press it with two hands for at least 10s, helping it to stick more stably.

3.Please wait for at least 12 hours before putting your phones.

How should I charge correctly?

While charging, removing the phone case is recommended. Our product only fits iPhone 12 and newer version. Also, you should make sure you have a car charger that supports fast charging, such as PD 18W above or QC 3.0.

Why does it heat up?

In fact, wireless car charegr mount charge your phone through the magnetic field and current, a slight heat is normal. Attetion, if your phone case is too thick or not aligned properly with the magsafe car charger holder, it will overheat.
